This project (October 2011- October 2014) was supported by a grant of the Romanian National Authority for Scientific Research, CNCS-UEFISCDI, project number PN-II-RU-TE-2011-3-0298, contract number 08/05.10.2011. The project won a competition organized by the Romanian National Authority for Scientific Research, for supporting young researchers in the stage of starting or consolidating research teams and had as main objectives the development of young researchers’ skills of to lead teams and manage grants, thus increasing the ability to successfully apply for international and European funding instruments, confirming the prestige of Romania’s scientific research quantified by the international scientific results.
